50 ans après la sortie du single «Love me do» et après la première exhibition des Stones au Marquee Jazz Club de Londres, l'URTI lance une plateforme thématique d'échanges radio «Beatles v.s. Stones» et invite ses radios membres, ainsi que les artistes et les fans du monde entier, à répondre à la question: qui est le plus grand groupe de tous les temps?
Chaque radio peut choisir son camp (Beatles ou Rolling Stones) et motiver son choix en alimentant la plateforme d'échange avec un maximum de contenus:
- archives sonores d'époque;
- interviews, reportages, émissions spéciales ou thématiques;
- reprises locales/nationales (d'époque ou récentes);
- émissions spécialement produites pour le cinquantenaire;
- reprises spécialement produites pour le cinquantenaire;
Promouvoir des nouveaux talents : la contribution des internautes
La musique des Beatles et des Rolling Stones a inspiré des milliers d'artistes dans le monde entier ; fêter l'anniversaire de ces deux groupes c'est aussi fêter la créativité et le talent des jeunes générations qui espèrent laisser un signe dans leur époque ; c'est pourquoi la plateforme d'échange prévoit un espace « ouvert » aux artistes actifs sur le réseau social « Sound Cloud », pour qu'il puissent faire connaître leur travail et, qui sait ? avoir la possibilité de l'écouter à la radio ! Deux critères de participation : avoir du talent et proposer une « reprise » originale de l'un des succès des deux groupes.
Et pour finir… Un album d' « audio-souvenirs »
Chacun de nous a un souvenir spécial dont les chansons des Beatles et des Stones ont constitué la BO ; cet anniversaire est aussi la fête des auditeurs, des fans, des passionnés : c'est pourquoi une section de la plateforme permet de poster des « audio-souvenirs », qui pourront ensuite être repris par les radios partenaires.
50 years after the release of the single « Love me do » and of the Stones' first show at London's Marquee Jazz Club, URTI launches the thematic radio exchange platform «Beatles v.s. Stones» and invites its radio members, as well as all artists and fans worldwide to answer the question: which is the greatest band of all times?
Each radio can choose its field (Beatles or Rolling Stones) and support its choice by feeding the platform with the greatest amount of contents:
- vintage sound archives;
- interviews, reportages, special or thematic shows;
- local / national covers (vintage or new);
- radio shows produced on the occasion of the 50th anniversary;
- covers produced on the occasion of the 50th anniversary;
Promoting new talents: the internet community contribution
Beatles and Rolling Stones' music has inspired thousands of artists worldwide; celebrating the two bands' anniversary is also the occasion to celebrate the creative and the talented young generations who whish to mark their time. For this reason an area of this exchange platform is opened to the artists of « Sound Cloud » social network, so to give them the opportunity of promote their art and, who knows? maybe have it aired on the radio ! We ask to participants the respect of two criteria : being talented and propose an original cover of one of the two bands' songs.
Some more… an « audio-memories » album
Each one of us has a special memory related to a particular Beatles or Stones' song. We think that this anniversary should celebrate fans and listeners : for this reason we've set a drop-box on the platform so that anyone can record and submit his/her « audio memory », that would then be broadcast by our radio partners.
